Promotion of thorough manufacturing quality control from a manufacturer’s perspective
The KOKUBU Group strives for functional enhancement regarding both manufacturing quality control and distribution quality control in order to establish supply chain management from the viewpoint of safety. We provide peace of mind for our customers regarding manufacturing quality control at manufacturing plants through hygiene management based on the principle of going to sites, checking the actual product, and assessing the real situation ; by preventing product damage during transit through compliance with manufacturing regulations; and through prompt, objective, and humble responses to a wide range of product inquiries.
Using our capital and business partnership, entered into in 2013, with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare inspection institution Eurofins QKEN K.K. (formerly QSAI Analysis and Research Center Co., Ltd.) , we have put a system in place to support product safety through inspection and analysis.
Improving employee awareness, knowledge, and skills regarding quality control to strive to be “KOKUBU for quality”
We train employees about quality control and cultivate KOKUBU Group employees’ ability to examine (judge with discernment) our own plants and products in order to prevent damage during transit and business issues before they occur. We strive to provide customers with safety and security through possession of this discerning judgement, as well as to convey information accurately and solve problems quickly.
