We have singled out the chilled/frozen food products category for expansion and are striving to respond to the needs of our customers, mainly by enhancing our ability to propose new products and offer a fuller and more comprehensive lineup. Led by the Refrigerated Foods & Food Service Division, under QUALITY 300 we aim to support our customers' efforts to increase sales by expanding Kokubu's frozen food, frozen dessert and delicatessen lines and enhancing our own merchandising capabilities.

We are also progressing with the restructuring of supply chains to enhance our logistics capabilities regarding chilled/frozen food products. By transforming our subsidiary, Kokubu Food Create Co., Ltd., into a logistics company for chilled/frozen food products, we are now able to provide high-quality logistics services at a low cost via a logistics center in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition, by promoting the overall optimization of the chilled/frozen food products logistics base in the Tokyo metropolitan area, pursuing trunk-line distribution across the country and establishing a loss-free logistics network, we aim to provide delivery of chilled/frozen food products to the satisfaction of our customers.
